[WOW - TIME LAPSE 007!] JAMES BOND’S YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE
I can’t speak for others but I am a huge Bond fan. Sean Connery, of course! One of my favourite films was MGM’s “You Only Live Twice” set in Japan. And yes, I am a huge Japan-o-fan.
My colleague, Hero Iwao, a trade commissioner for the Canadian embassy did something “really” cool (for me, at least). He did a screen capture of a scene from the movie and matched it exactly to snapshots (current day).
Where? Nakano-shimbashi, Tokyo where part of the film was made. This is Hero’s home town at the moment. Kudos for putting this together after I got all giddy and said “yes, please”.

My next mission — visit Japan! Might even consider work for one of my favourite companies: SONY. ;-)
