I have been privileged to build a great network as co-founder of Canada’s Largest Mobile Industry Association called “MobileMonday Toronto” and through Toronto’s technology community.
Through a new partnership, I am involved in select venture finance engagements for technology firms in need of equity/strategic investment or joint-ventures with Chinese investors or market entry into China.
There is an engagement cost to work with my Chinese partners. First meeting or discussion is free. Once an assessment is made, we provide you with a final assessment and plan to move towards next steps. Campaign cost will varies and certain costs are tied to executive travel to China, hotel and accommodations, local partner consulting/arrangement fees and other ancillary costs. Select compensation schemes are also considered.
